Fadjol helps the crew on mostly operational, following up projects from start till the sign off, sometimes working with the crew on the job site, giving estimates to consumers as he holds a license as HOME IMPROVEMENT SALES PERSON from NYC Consumer Affairs Department.

Carpenter Team Leader

ALEKSANDER KOLA

Aleksander started his career in Novara, Italy as an ARTIGIANO (Home Improvement Contractor) at 19 years old for almost 14 years and came in New York at 33 years old with a great experience. He is helping the team and customers on their new houses, house remodelings, bathroom remodelings, kitchen remodelings etc.

Speaks English, Albanian & Italian.

VICTOR

Victor has all his life working in construction. His abilities and skills does not consist on only one thing. He is able to take control in any kind of alteration starting with hardwood flooring, base & crown moldings, bathroom alterations, kitchen installations etc.

Painter

JOSHUA

Joshua did join us on April 2021 and he is helping the company mostly on painting projects, taping and plastering.

RAUL

Raul comes in our family as a carpenter. He is helping on hardwood floors, painting, full renovations etc.

We had flood in our basement when IDA hurricane happened and everything was destroyed as water came all the way up to the first floor. We were struggling to find a contractor because no contractor was willing to wait for the final payment until it gets inspected by the Mayor's office which sometimes takes 2 - 3 weeks for the inspection to complete. KOLA Construction came in and fixed everything and they got all the payments as everything was made up to CODE and they passed all the inspections. We are very happy and we do not know how to thank this company and their employees.

We did a full renovation on our apartment, electrical, floors, painting, tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, cabinet removal and installation, pocket door, washer/dryer installation etc. Fadjol had his own architect and filed with DOB for removing a wall and everything worked fine.
